More than 20,000 cars pass through Vogošća daily, due to the fact that car drivers departing from Zenica and Tuzla from Sarajevo, and vice versa, generally opt for the route via the Vogošćan loop. Large traffics were created at all times of the day, and in the morning and afternoon, riders spent a great deal of time traveling just a few hundred meters.
To relieve this critical point as much as possible, a roundabout project was proposed and adopted. At the end of March 2019, Bosman d.o.o joined the works.
The most challenging part of this project was the removal of part of the hill on the east side of the roundabout. The construction of this roundabout was a very important item of the municipality of Vogošća which relieved the T. intersection on the Vogošćan loop and thus reduced the problematic crowd.
